  • 4 med russet potaotes boiled and thinly sliced save the water
  • 1/2 med onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 c. nonfat dry lowfat milk
  • 1 c. potato cooking water
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg grnd

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375. Spray a 2 qt baking dish with cooking spray. Layer potaotes and onion slices in the dish. In a small bowl or possibly blender, combine powdered lowfat milk, potato water, oil, and nutmeg till smooth. Pour over the potato slices. Cover with foil. Bake for 45 min, or possibly till potaotes have absorbed most of the liquid, then remove the foil and bake 15 min more, or possibly till browned.
