Ingredients
- 1 c. crushed peanuts
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 stk butter melted
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c. Cold Whip
- 1 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 1 1/4 c. peanut butter
- 4 c. lowfat milk
- 2 sm boxes instant chocolate pudding
- 2 sm boxes instant vanilla pudding
- 1 x lowfat milk chocolate bar additional Cold Whip
Directions
- Mix peanuts, flour and butter. Press into a 13x9 inch pan and bake for 15-20 min. Cold completely. Mix cream cheese and Cold Whip, powdered sugar and peanut butter together. Spread onto cooled crust. Mix 2 c. lowfat milk with chocolate pudding; spread on top of cream cheese mix. Mix 2 c. lowfat milk with the vanilla pudding and spread on top of chocolate pudding. Top with more Cold Whip. Sprinkle with minced nuts and shaved chocolate bar.
