  • 1 tsp Grnd Jamaican pimento, (allspice)
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. Finely minced scallions, (green & white parts)
  • 4 x Scotch Bonnet, or possibly 6-jalapeno peppers, stems removed, cut in halves, retaining seeds
  • 1/2 c. Distilled white vinegar
  • 1/4 c. Soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Salt
  • 1 pch Garlic pwdr

Directions

  1. Try dis one, mon... Mix it up in food processor on Liquify mode for two min. Refridgerate till ready to use.
