  • 1 lg. pkg. gelatin (any flavor - reg. or possibly sugar free)
  • 1 lg. can crushed pineapple
  • 2 c. Cold Whip
  • 2 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
  • Nuts (minced) if you like

Directions

  1. Dessert will be the color of whatever flavor Jello used.Place pineapple in a sauce pan; add in Jello and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 min. Cool to room temperature. Add in other ingredients and place in a serving dish. Put into the refrigerator till hard (approximately 2 hrs).
