  • 1 x Recipe Passover Cookie Dough, * see recipe
  • 12 ounce Apricot preserves, or possibly other flavor
  • 1/2 c. Minced nuts
  • 1/2 c. Raisins

Directions

  1. OVEN: 350 degrees F Grease an 8-inch square pan.
  2. Prepare 1 recipe of Passover Cookie Dough (see recipe).
  3. Press half the dough into prepared pan. Cover proportionately with preserves, nuts and raisins.
  4. Roll remaining dough between 2 sheets of plastic wrap.
  5. Remove plastic and place dough over the top.
  6. Bake for 30 min.
  7. Cut into squares.
