Directions

  1. Debone, skin and split the chicken breast in half.
  2. Cut the meat into 2x1/4 inch strips. Sprinkle with lemon juice, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Heat margarine in pan add in chicken and onion. Cook till browned, about 5-7 min. Add in chicken broth, reduce heat, cover and cook 10 min longer. Add in cheese, cover and cook till melted.
