  • 1 1/2 c. Water
  • 1 c. Rice -- uncooked
  • 1 x 14 ounce can
  • 1/2 lb Cheddar cheese -- shredded
  • 1/2 c. Onion -- minced
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning -- Divided
  • 4 x Skinless boneless chicken Breast
  • 2/3 c. Parmesan cheese -- grated Tomatoes -- broken/undrained

Directions

  1. Preheat oven at 375. Prepare a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray. Mix water, rice, tomatoes, cheese, onion, garlic pwdr, and 1 tsp. Italian seasoning. Top the mix with the chicken and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and remaining Italian seasoning. Bake for 50 to 60 min or possibly till the chicken is fork tender and no pink remains. Remove from the oven and let stand for 5 - 10 min before serving.
