Ingredients

1 tsp Salt
6 Tbsp. Onion, minced
1 x Egg, beaten
2 c. Water, boiling Salad oil

Directions

Combine dry ingredients, onion, and egg; add in boiling water, stirring constantly till mix is smooth. Add in more water if necessary. Drop by spoonfuls into deep, warm oil. Cook till golden.
