Living of the Gulf Coast we eat a lot of seafood and my husband loves crab meat! One of his favorite appetizers is this Hot Crab Dip - I hope ya'll enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 stick (real) butter
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 med onion finely chopped
- 1 lb. crab meat
- salt and cayenne pepper to taste
Directions
- Melt butter and saute onion. Add cream cheese and heat until melted. Add crab meat, salt and cayenne pepper. Serve hot with Ritz crackers.
