Ingredients
- 8 x Large eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 600 ml cream
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla essence
- 1 c. molasses
- 1/4 c. golden brown syrup
- 3/4 x lowfat milk
Directions
- Beat the Large eggs with the sugar till fluffy then add in the condensed lowfat milk while still beating.
- Mix in the cream, vanilla, molasses, syrup and lowfat milk and whisk till the mix is smooth.
- Pour into an ice-cream machine and follow the manufacturers instructions or possibly alternatively, pour the mix into a stainless steel bowl and freeze, stirring vigorously every hour till slushy then freeze till hard.
