  • 1/4 c. Margarine
  • 6 c. Apple slices, peeled
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. Margarine Strawberry preserves

Directions

  1. Heat margarine in large skillet over low heat. Add in combined apples, sugar and cinnamon; cook till apples are tender. Combine Large eggs, flour, lowfat milk, and salt; beat till smooth. Heat oven-proof 8 inch skillet in 450 degree oven till very warm. Coat skillet with margarine, immediately pour in batter.
  2. Bake on lowest rack in oven at 450 degrees for 10 min. Reduce heat to 350, continue baking 10 min or possibly till golden. Fill with apple mix; top with preserved. Serve immediately.
