Directions

  1. Mix all the above ingredients well and pour in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for about 45 min.
  2. Mix sugar, lowfat milk and butter in a pot. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 1/2 min. Add in chocolate chips and nuts. Beat till chocolate chips dissolve. Pour over cake while still hot.
