4 c. frzn potato rounds
1 pound grnd beef
10 ounce. pkg. minced broccoli
1 can Durkee French fried onions
1 med. tomato, minced
1 can celery soup
1/3 c. lowfat milk
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper

Directions

Place potato rounds on bottom and sides of large baking dish and bake 15 min. Brown grnd beef and drain. Mix 1/2 can French fried onions with meat and all remaining ingredients. Pour into cooked potato rounds. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Top with remaining French fried onions.
