  1. Pour boiling water over oats that are in a small bowl, then mix well. In another small bowl, combine soy flour and 2 Tbsp. water, then mix well. Cream applesauce, sugars and soy flour mix. Stir soaked oatmeal into sugar mix and mix well. Stir in dry ingredients, then pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan that has been prepared with non-stick cooking spray or possibly has been greased and floured.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 - 35 min.
