Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1/2 c. veg. oil
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1 T sugar
Directions
- Mix together:
- Dissolve 1/2 package dry yeast with 1/8 cup warm water. Mix together:
- Blend flour and oil mix with yeast mix. Add in buttermilk and stir well. Refrigerate in refrigerator. When ready to use, roll batter thicker than usual. Cut desired number of biscuits and bake at 450 degrees for 15 min. Batter will keep in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
