- Brown hamburger in skillet till done. Add in some dry onion flakes, garlic pwdr if you want. Sprinkle flour over the mix, stirring as you do.
- Add in lowfat milk, sufficient to make a gravy. You may want it thick or possibly maybe a little thinner. Continue cooking on a very low heat till ready to serve. I serve this over mashed potatoes. You can also add in salt and pepper to taste.
- My children were so fond of this when they were growing up which we had it at least once a week. My daughter's two teen-agers request this for their birthday dinners. Of course we are invited to dinner and guess who gets to make it
