Ingredients
- 3 c. uncooked bow-tie pasta
- 4 ounce cooked ham, cut into strips
- 1 c. coarsely minced pecans
- 1 (4 ounce) pkg. blue cheese
- 1/3 c. minced fresh parsley
- 2 T fresh rosemary or possibly 2 teaspoon dry
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon coarsely grnd pepper
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water and drain. Put together pasta and remaining ingredients, except Parmesan cheese, tossing well. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately or possibly refrigerate if you like.
