Ham - Pecan - Blue Cheese Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 c. uncooked bow-tie pasta
  • 4 ounce cooked ham, cut into strips
  • 1 c. coarsely minced pecans
  • 1 (4 ounce) pkg. blue cheese
  • 1/3 c. minced fresh parsley
  • 2 T fresh rosemary or possibly 2 teaspoon dry
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarsely grnd pepper
  • 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water and drain. Put together pasta and remaining ingredients, except Parmesan cheese, tossing well. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately or possibly refrigerate if you like.
