Ingredients

  • Grilled and Smoked Salmon Lasagna
  • 8oz salmon (250 gr) - a fillet is best
  • 4oz smoked salmon (120gr) we smoke it ourselves
  • 9 - 12 sheets 'no-cook' lasagna noodles
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups (app) crushed tomatoes, 15 oz (450 gr)
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 (2oz, 60ml) cup red wine
  • 3/4 cup (6oz, 180gr) Greek or plain yogurt
  • 3 tbs butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 1/2 cups milk - 20 oz, (625ml)
  • 1 1/2 cups (6 oz, 190 gr) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup (2oz, 60gr) grated Parmesan
