Ingredients

Cost per recipe $3.91 view details
  • 4 x beaten Large eggs
  • 1 can Eagle Brand
  • 1 can evaporated lowfat milk (can omit Eagle Brand and do two of these)
  • 1 dsh salt vanilla lowfat milk sugar to taste
  • 1 lrg package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 x very ripe peaches, smashed well!
  • 1 lrg package white chocolate pudding mix and miniature M&M's would be good!
  • 1 x Whatever else you can think of!

Directions

  1. In a regular sized freezer can, mix Large eggs, Eagle Brand, evaporated lowfat milk, salt and vanilla. Stir in to your choice of flavoring. Add in additional lowfat milk to fill up to 3" from top. Stir well, and finally add in sugar, to taste (I usually use from 1/2 to 1 c., depending on what flavorings you add in). Keep in mind which sweetness is lost in the freezing, so make the mix just a little sweeter than you want the final product to taste! Freeze and enjoy!
