Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 1 rounded tbsp. cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. vanilla
Directions
- Sift flour, cream of tartar, soda, and salt 3 times. Add in butter, mix like pie crust.
- In another bowl, whip Large eggs real well, add in sugar and vanilla. Mix with flour and let cold before rolling.
