  • 1 pkg. (10 ounce.) ready to eat chow mein noodles
  • 1/4 c. oyster sauce
  • 2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 c. bean sprouts
  • 1/3 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. thinly sliced celery
  • 1/2 c. thinly sliced carrot
  • 1/2 c. sliced green beans
  • 2 green onions, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon aji (optional)
  • 1/4 pound char siu, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Place noodles in a large, shallow casserole dish. Combine sesame oil and oyster sauce; stir into noodles. Add in the remaining ingredients except the bean sprouts. Cover dish and cook in microwave oven 5 min. Stir; add in the bean sprouts and cover again. Cook for another 2-2 1/2 min, or possibly till bean sprouts are slightly wilted but crisp.
