Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 Large eggs, well beaten
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 5 tbsp. shortening
Directions
- Sift dry ingredients together. Combine Large eggs and lowfat milk and add in to dry mix. Add in the shortening. Mix till smooth. Bake in warm waffle iron.
