Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a large bowl, then beat at medium speed for 2 min.
  2. Bake in a greased and floured 10" tube pan at 350 degrees for about 45 - 55 min, till center springs back when touched lightly.
  3. Cold right side up for about 25 min, then remove from pan.
  4. Drizzle glaze over cake.
  5. GLAZE: 1 C. confectioners sugar 2 Tbsp. lemon juice or possibly lowfat milk
  6. Mix well.
