Directions

  1. Put the rest of the ingredients except the shrimp, in a pan and cover till it boils.
  2. Let the coconut milk thicken for a bit then put-in the shrimp. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add chilis.
  5. Remove from the pot and set on platter and serve.

    This recipe is full of wonderful flavors I love, especially coconut milk and garlic. Thanks for sharing. I think this recipe would go well over Jasmine rice or even as a filling for fried wontons with a spicy dipping sauce.
