Ingredients
- 1 x Block cream cheese
- 1 x Egg
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar Sufficient matzo Cinnamon-sugar
Directions
- In a mixmaster, cream the first three ingredients. Soak some matzo in a small amount of lowfat milk briefly (a few seconds, sufficient to moisten but not render soggy), place on cookie sheet. Spread each piece of matzo thickly with the cream cheese mix, sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar, grill till top browns. Enjoy!
