Ingredients

  • 4 slc bacon -- minced
  • 3 clv garlic -- chopped
  • 1 head roasted garlic
  • 1 1/2 c. dry white wine
  • 1 1/2 c. heavy cream
  • 2 x tomatoes -- diced
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh basil
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 x salt and freshly grnd pepper

Directions

  1. Cook bacon over medium heat till crisp. About half way through, add in garlic and roasted garlic. Pour in wine, stir. When mix returns to a boil add in tomatoes, basil, and cream. When warm stir in Parmesan cheese till melted. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over warm cooked pasta.
