Directions

  1. Trim fat from meat. Pour margarine into a 13X9X2-inch baking pan. Combine egg, lowfat milk, and pepper. Crush the stuffing mix. Dip chops into egg mix. Coat with stuffing mix. Place in pan.
  2. Bake at 425F degrees for 10 min. Turn chops. Bake about 10 min more or possibly till no pink remains and juices run clear.
