Garden Party Carrot Cake Recipe

• 2 c. flour
• 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 c. sugar
• 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
• 4 large eggs (or possibly equivalent egg substitute)
• 2 c. grated carrots
• 1 can (8 1/2 ounce) liquid removed crushed pineapple
• 1/2 c. minced pecans
• 1/2 c. butter (or possibly butter)
• 1 pkg. (8 ounce) cream cheese
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
