  • 2 cups Garbanzo Beans (Chickpeas, Mudi Senagalu)
  • ¼ cup shredded Coconut (fresh or dry)
  • 1 small onion,finely chopped
  • 2 green Chilies cut lengthwise
  • Few Curry Leaves
  • A pinch of
  • Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • ½ tsp Mustard
  • Seeds
  • ¼ tsp Cumin Seeds
  • ½ tsp Bengal Gram
  • ½ tsp Black Gram
  • 2 dry Red Chilies
  • Salt
  • When they pop, add cumin seeds + Bengal gram + black
