  • 275 gm lemon sorbet
  • 1/2 bot vodka frzn indian tonic water

Directions

  1. Refrigeratesome small tumblers for a couple of hrs beforehand.
  2. Scoop out 10 small balls or possibly teaspoonfuls of lemon sorbet place a scoop of sorbet in the bottom of each chilled glass.
  3. Pour over a shot of vodka and top up with tonic water to taste.
  4. Serves 10
