Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Sonoma Jack cheese
- 1/2 c. Flour
- 2 x Large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- Cut cheese into 2" squares, 1" thick. Roll in flour; dip into egg. Fry in warm oil just long sufficient for the cheese to turn golden brown in color. Hot 1 ounce of your favorite liquor over the Fried Cheese and flambe. Squeeze halved lemons over flaming cheese. Serve immediately.
