Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. Packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. Shortening
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 x Egg
- 2 c. Whole grain cereal, crushed
- 1 3/4 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. Minced apples (about 2 medium)
- 1/2 c. Raisins
Directions
- Oven 350 F. Greased 9x13 pan Mix Brown sugar, shortening, lowfat milk and egg.
- Stir in cereal, flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Fold in the apples and raisins Spread proportionately into pan. Bake 25 to 30 min. Cold completely.
