Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl cream 5 Tbsp. butter and 1/2 c. sugar. Add in egg and mix well. Add in lowfat milk to mix alternately with dry ingredients. Fill greased muffin c. to 1/2 full. Bake at 350F degrees for 20 to 25 min. While the muffins are warm, roll first in melted butter and then in a mix of 3/4 c. sugar and 2 Tbsp. cinnamon.
