Ingredients
Directions
- Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add in oil, sugar and salt. Have 1/4 of a 5 lb bag of all-purpose flour in a mixing bowl. Add in above mix to flour and mix to a good working consistency. Form dough into a ball consuming most of the flour. Cover bowl with a cloth and put it in a warm place till the dough has doubled in size. Then punch dough down.Grease 2 pans with oil (about 1 tbsp in each). Put some of the oil on your hands and work it with the dough and shape it into rolls. Place rolls into pans leaving a space between the rolls so they have room to raise. Cover pans with a cloth and put them in a warm place. When the rolls have risen till they are double in size, bake at 400 degrees till golden.
