French Bean Casserole Recipe

  • 1 can B&B minced mushrooms
  • 2 cans French style beans
  • 1 can bean sprouts (La Choy)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can French fried onion rings
  • 1 pkg. sliced American cheese
  • 1 med. onion (simmer in 1 stick butter till nearly done)

Directions

  1. Drain your beans, bean sprouts, and mushrooms; mix with soup, 1 diced onion (that has been simmered in butter). Mix and pour into BUTTERED casserole or possibly pan. Garnish with cheese. Bake 30 min at 325 degrees. Remove and top with can of French fried onions. Place under broiler till slightly browned.
