Ingredients
- 12 ounce Chocolate
- 1 x Peppermint extract
- 1/2 c. Margarine
- 1 1/2 c. Powdered sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla
Directions
- Heat and cold chocolate. Cream together margarine, sugar, Large eggs and vanilla. Add in cooled chocolate and a few drops of mint to creamed mix. Pack into 8 inch square pan. Cold and set and cut in squares.
