Ingredients

  • 12 ounce Chocolate
  • 1 x Peppermint extract
  • 1/2 c. Margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. Powdered sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla

Directions

  1. Heat and cold chocolate. Cream together margarine, sugar, Large eggs and vanilla. Add in cooled chocolate and a few drops of mint to creamed mix. Pack into 8 inch square pan. Cold and set and cut in squares.
