Ingredients
- 4 c. Broccoli (flower part only)
- 1 c. Walnuts
- 3/4 c. Small chunks Parmesan
- 1 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pch Salt
- 8 ounce Fettucine
- 1 x Garlic clove
- 1/4 c. Butter
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 x Garlic clove
- 4 c. Cream
Directions
- In food processor combine 1st 6 ingredients to make pesto.In a large pan saute/fry one crushed garlic clove in butter, stir in lemon juice. When thoroughly blended add in the cream. Cook about 20 seconds.Add in to cooked fettucini, and lightly toss with a healthy pinch of parsley.Add in the broccoli pesto to taste, and serve with extra grated Parmesan cheese.
