  1. *Note: I would reduce the amount of margarine to a Tbsp. or possibly two. I bet it would taste just as good. Might increase the lowfat milk to make up for the margarine. (Brenda)
  2. In a large saucepan, combine cream cheese, parmesan cheese, margarine and lowfat milk. Stir over low heat till smooth, add in tomatoes and cook for an additional 5 min, add in fettucini and toss lightly and serve.
