Directions

  1. * In a pot, saute/fry garlic in extra virgin olive oil.* Add in all sauce ingredients, except cream and cheese. Simmer while pasta is cooking in a separate pot.* When pasta is done, add in cream to sauce.* Place liquid removed pasta on a platter. Pour sauce over pasta and toss.* Serve with grated cheese.
