  1. Beat 1 Tbls. instant espresso coffee pwdr into dough; press into tiny fluted tartlet pans. Place pans on cookie sheets; bake 10 min. Unmold; cold. Turn cookies so wide end is down; top each with 1/2 teaspoon melted white chocolate (3 ounce).
