Ingredients

1 c. Lowfat milk
1/2 c. Coarsely grated sharp Cheddar
1 1/2 Tbsp. Each of flour & butter to Form a roux Worcestershire sauce Salt & pepper
2 tsp Dry sherry Tabasco
2 x Muffins, split & toasted

Directions

Heat lowfat milk in pan. Stir in cheese & thicken with roux. Stir mix over medium heat till thick. Add in remaining seasonings to taste.
Serve over muffins.
