Ingredients: Plain pastry; 1 (12 ounce.) pkg. brown and serve sausage, sliced; 2 c. Monterey Jack or possibly Swiss cheese (or possibly 1 c. each); 2 ounce. Velveeta cheese in small pcs; 6 to 8 Large eggs, slightly beaten; 1 c. lowfat milk; 1/2 teaspoon oregano; 1/4 teaspoon pepper; 3/4 teaspoon salt

Plain pastry
1 (12 ounce.) pkg. brown and serve sausage, sliced
2 c. Monterey Jack or possibly Swiss cheese (or possibly 1 c. each)
2 ounce. Velveeta cheese in small pcs
6 to 8 Large eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. lowfat milk
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

Prepare pastry. Roll out and place in ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Put sliced sausage over crust. Sprinkle with cheeses. Combine Large eggs, lowfat milk and seasonings. Pour over cheese and sausage. Bake 25 min.
