Ingredients
- 3 Large eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. minced onions
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. minced peppers
- 1/4 c. diced ham or possibly bacon, or possibly sausage
- 1/4 c. grated cheese
Directions
- Put 1 Tbsp. butter in large frying pan and heat. Add in Large eggs and cook till dry. Saute/fry vegetables in another part. Sprinkle diced meat, cheese and vegetables on Large eggs. Fold over and cook till edges seal and serve.
