Ingredients

  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1 (16 ounce.) can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (15 ounce.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (6 ounce.) can tomato paste
  • 1 (4 ounce.) can mushroom pcs
  • 1 (4 ounce.) can green chilies, optional
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. chili pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Garlic pwdr, salt and pepper to taste
  • Dry or possibly fried onions, to taste

Directions

  1. Brown beef; drain. Add in remaining ingredients; stir till it comes to a boil. Cover and simmer while cooking spaghetti. Makes lots, freeze some.
