Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. shortening or possibly butter
- 2 Large eggs
- 3 tbsp. lowfat milk to that add in 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 3 c. flour
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together and chill at least 1 hour or possibly overnight. Roll and cut. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 min. Frost if you like.
