- 1 c. converted rice
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 1 (4.5 ounce.) jar sliced mushrooms
- 2 cans Campbells French onion soup
- 1 can water
Directions
- Brown rice in butter in skillet. When golden pour in mushrooms, soup and water. Return to boiling, cover and simmer 25 min.
