Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound hamburger meat
- 1 lg. onion
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 1 box wide egg noodles
- Garlic pwdr/fresh garlic
Directions
- Brown hamburger in large frying pan. Add in finely minced onion and garlic to taste. When hamburger is completely cooked, add in cream of mushroom soup and simmer for 15 min. Cook noodles as directed. Add in lowfat sour cream to stroganoff immediately prior to serving. Pour over cooked noodles and serve.
