Easy Blueberry Peach Coffee Cake Recipe

  • 1 pkg. Duncan Hines bakery style blueberry muffin mix
  • 1 (15 ounce) can sliced cling peaches
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon and sugar mix

Directions

  1. Mix muffin mix as directed, except Don't add in blueberries. Cut peaches long ways if they are thick. Drain peaches on Scott towels. Rinse and drain blueberries and place on a paper towel to drain. Spread batter in greased pan. Can use Pam to spray the pan. Top batter with peaches. Sprinkle blueberries over peaches. Open package of topping and sprinkle over top of fruit. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar over topping for extra flavor. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 28 min, depending on oven. Check for doneness with toothpick in center.
